‘THE CURVE’ is designed for the longer male.

The natural flow of lines in this model naturally conforms with the penis and body. The slim lines makes it easily worn under clothing. It is vented with curving lines and custom openings making it 100% hygienic. The material, a highly durable transparent polycarbonate, is not only functional but extremely appealing as well!

The strength of this material exceeds that of acrylic and many other plastic blends. Some men find it possible to use the urinals while wearing ‘The Curve’ while other find it more practical to sit. Men who’s job requires them to pass thru metal detectors will find this product a plus. It can still be worn 24/7 and not interfere with their business routine. Just make sure to wear the plastic lock and not the brass lock under these circumstances. Because of the design, there are no uncomfortable belts, straps or chains needed with ‘The Curve’.

The New Innovative ring design consists of three interlocking pieces that fit together like puzzle pieces. The two guide pins hold the top pieces together. The locking pin goes through the middle recessed hole connecting the cage portion to the ring. The new flat design is extremely comfortable. The rings come in 5 sizes: 1 ½”, 1 5/8”, 1 ¾”, 1 7/8” and 2.0” inside diameter. The cage length is 3 ¼” with an I.D. of 1 3/8”.

Polycarbonate material is used due to its light weight and durability. The cage portion has the vented slots for hygiene and also allows for natural air drying. The bottom opening allows for use at the urinals. You may want to have a piece of tissue handy to wipe any drips.


Make sure to wear a numbered plastic lock if going through any metal detectors. It has been reported that some men have worn the brass padlock and have not had any ‘alarming’ experiences, however, the plastic lock is still recommended.

We highly recommend using a silicone based lubricant after showering. This allows the penis to naturally move up and down in the cage portion. After a break in time period you should be able to wear it for 24/7 for an indefinite period of time…1 month, 3 months…wearer and Keyholder ultimately determine the length of time.

NOTE: Some men have a high/tight ball sac. If this is the case it may take a little longer to get a comfortable exact fit. For the best results the ball sac should hang slightly below the ring and the cage portion. You may find it necessary to wear a 1” leather strap with snaps at the top of the ball sac off and on for a while until it stretches slightly. Most adult stores carry this product.

The PA-5000™ is designed for the man desiring the ultimate in male chastity.

You can purchase it in three different inside diameters; 1”, 1 1/8” or 1 1/4”. The three hooks are for a 5 gauge piercing with a diameter of .188 inches.

Also included is an extension piece that can be glued to the cage making it slightly longer. Make sure to try it before gluing it to the cage. A drop of superglue on each side of the extension will hold it into place to the cage. Note the recessed area for gluing.

Installation Instructions

Measuring for Size:
While in a relaxed state, hold the penis as far away from the body as possible. Measure the diameter of the shaft. Example: If the shaft measures 1” in diameter, order a 1 1/8” PA-5000. You should allow 1/8” clearance for hygiene purposes.

Assembly:
Attach the leather strip thru your existing PA ring. Drop it thru the cage portion and guide the penis thru while holding onto the cage. Make sure the head of the penis clears the end of the cage. Smooth any loose skin at the bottom of the penis back towards the body. Remove your PA ring and replace it with one of the three hooks provided with the order. Line up the hook with the locking slot in the cage. Turn the cam lock to lock in place. An additional ring is enclosed for extending the length of the cage. It is recommended that you use 2 pieces of 1/2” long waterproof tape on each side to hold the extender in place and wear it for @ one week. If you want to permanently use the extender, put a drop of superglue on each side and allow it to completely dry prior to wearing.

Cleaning/Hygiene:
Lather head and shaft of penis with a natural soap. Using the right thumb slide the head of the penis forward and up inserting the small finger on the left hand in order to clean around the piercing pin and inside of the cage. Repeat the steps with the left thumb and right small finger to clean the right side. Rinse both areas thoroughly with water.
Hold the penis head and back of cage at the same time. Allow the water to freely run thru the cage removing all soap residue.
